Here’s everything you might want to know before printing with us.
1. How does a 3D print order work?
You can choose from featured designs, request simple customizations like initials or logos or share your own idea for a fully custom print. We’ll review your request, confirm details and then get to printing. Simple!
2. Can I order a custom design?
Yes! Custom designs are one of our core services. Whether you have a full model, a sketch or just an idea, we can help bring it to life. Just reach out through the contact form.
3. Do I need to provide a 3D file to order?
Not necessarily. You’re welcome to send your own files if you have them (STL or 3MF) but we can also design something for you based on your idea or needs.
4. Can I request changes to an existing design?
Yes! We’re happy to tweak designs – whether it’s resizing, adding a name, changing elements or adapting to a different material.
5. How long does a typical order take?
It depends on the size and complexity of your request. Simple prints are usually ready in a few days. Custom designs or larger prints may take longer — we’ll let you know the timeframe when you order.
6. What materials do you use?
For now, we mostly print using PLA (a plant-based plastic) with high-quality FDM 3D printers. We focus on durable clean results. We may expand to other materials as we grow – feel free to ask.
7. Can I choose the color and surface finish?
Yes – we’ll show you available colors and finishes when you order. If you’re after something specific, just ask! If we don’t have it in stock, we may be able to order it for you.
8. Are the designs in stock or printed on demand?
Both! Some designs are printed on demand for full customization. Others are ready-made and available in our shop – perfect if you want something right away.
9. How does shipping or pickup work?
We’re based in Estonia. You can either pick up your order locally or choose delivery. We’ll arrange the best option during the order process.
10. How do I pay?
Payments are handled through our SumUp shop. We’ll send you a secure payment link once everything is confirmed.
11. Do you work with schools, companies or events?
Yes – absolutely. We love collaborations with schools, youth groups and creative teams. Let’s talk about what we can create together!
12. Can I come visit or discuss an idea in person?
Sure! We’re part of a makerspace community and love talking ideas. Just contact us to set up a time.
